Our Commitment

Phantom pieces are made to be worn, lived in, and kept for years — not seasons.

Every garment is crafted with intention, quality materials, and thoughtful construction. The Phantom Wear-For-Life Guarantee exists to remove hesitation and build trust. If your Phantom piece wears out, fails, or stops holding up the way it should through real, everyday use, we’ll make it right.

This isn’t about paperwork. It’s about standing behind what we create.

What’s Covered

The Wear-For-Life Guarantee applies to all Phantom-branded products and covers issues that occur through normal, real-world wear, including:

• Rips or tears from everyday use

• Stitching or seam failure

• Print cracking, peeling, or deterioration

• Fabric breakdown or construction failure

• Wear-related damage that affects the function or integrity of the garment

If something doesn’t hold up the way it should, reach out. Every claim is reviewed individually and handled with care.

What’s Not Covered

While the Wear-For-Life Guarantee is intentionally generous, it does not cover:

• Intentional destruction or misuse

• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties

• Natural aging of products is expected, however if you have any concerns regarding any issues feel free to reach out and e-mail us below.

We want to stand by you and keep everyone dressed in phantom with a piece that will last a lifetime.

What “Wear-For-Life” Means

Wear-For-Life means we support our garments for as long as you own them.

If your Phantom piece has been worn regularly over time and eventually breaks down or fails from real use, we still want to take care of you. Clothing is meant to be worn — not preserved — and this guarantee exists so you can wear yours without hesitation. Good clothing shouldn't be something you're afraid to wear, so if you want something that is clean and a high end product come shop with us and we will keep you dressed for life.

We handle claims with common sense, fairness, and respect.

Original Ownership

This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required to initiate a claim.

Repair Before Replacement

Whenever possible, Phantom will repair your item. If possible to return to original condition.

If repair isn’t feasible, we may replace it with:

• The same item (if available), or

• A comparable Phantom product of equal value

All items we feel can't be repaired to original condition will be donated to one of our local charities because we feel that if it wouldn't be satisfactory to our customers we know that there's someone out there who could benefit from it more than recycling it or throwing it out.

Limited or discontinued pieces may be replaced with an equivalent alternative.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

1. Contact Phantom using the information below

2. Provide proof of purchase and clear images of the issue

3. Follow return instructions once your claim is approved

Our goal is to keep this process simple, transparent, and respectful.

Also, we want you to feel comfortable reaching out about any questions regarding the warranty. It shouldn't be a process you feel guilty about.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping items to Phantom

• Phantom covers return shipping for approved claims

• Please make sure before the return of any items that you please wash them so we can make it effortless for everyone.

Fair Use

The Wear-For-Life Guarantee is built on trust.

While we stand behind our products, Phantom reserves the right to limit repeated or excessive claims that fall outside the spirit of normal wear. This policy is applied thoughtfully and only when necessary.

Evaluation & Discretion

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Phantom retains final discretion regarding repair or replacement decisions.

Each product is eligible for one stain-related replacement. If an item has already been replaced due to wear, defects, or stains, it may no longer qualify for additional coverage related to stains.

No Cash Value

This guarantee has no cash value and does not provide refunds or monetary compensation.

Updates to the Guarantee

Phantom may update or discontinue the Wear-For-Life Guarantee for future purchases.
All products remain covered under the version active at the time of purchase.

So even if this warranty is discontinued if you bought from us before the discontinuation please still reach out cause you're a customer that is now backed for life.
