At Phantom No.01, we stand behind every piece we release. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right in a fair and simple way.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, and include original tags and packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to complete the return. Returns sent to us without an approved request may not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item Received
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact Phantom No.01 immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes custom or personalized items, gift cards, and any final sale items. For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal care items may also be non-returnable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you when the refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
